I have nothing but praise for Krakow Direct and the service they offer: the drivers are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They arrived punctually and were as flexible as we needed them to be over extra stops and longer visits at Auschwitz and Birkenau. If that were not enough, their prices are very reasonable too. It has taken us a while to make a comment but all we can say is our second visit to Krakow was made extra special by the service we recieved from your company. Having found your site by chance we pre-booked our airport/hotel transfers and trips to Auschwitz/ Birkenau and to Zakopane. We cannot praise Marcin our trip driver enough for his promtness, willingness and Polish lessons!His English was exceptional and his enthusiasm to our needs was much appreciated.A lovely young man and a credit to your company. We would not hesitate in using your services again or passing on your good name as a reliable company.

What a fantastic service! It was so good to be met at the airport and taken to our hotel by a friendly driver in a very comfortable vehicle.We visited Auschwitz and the Salt Mines and each time the service we received was exemplary. Thank you.
