Dear Krakow Direct, Having just returned from a short stay in Krakow I would like to thank you for your excellent service. Your driver was exactly on time and very helpful throughout our visit to Auschwitz and very polite. The restaurant he recommended was excellent. We will be returning to Krakow again and will have no hesitation in using your company again.

We used krakow direct for airport transfers, excellent service,very polite and profesional drivers also informative when we took a trip to auschwitz all in all a fantastic service at a great price.

We have just returned home from our short stay in Krakow and we wanted to thank you for your service. The four drivers we used were always on time and extremely helpful. We would have no problem in recommending you or using you again, when we return to Krakow.

Krakow is a remarkable, phantastic city to experience and we couldn`t have enjoyed it as much as we did without you all! We`ve seen everyting we wanted to see and we were absolutely pleased with the information, extra suggestions en recommendations by you all. Thanks to your fabulous, personal service we`ve had a great week without any worries, beacause it was all arranged so very well. We were very surprised about the fexiblility in staying a bit longer on some spots,taking us anywhere we wished and informing us about the best ways to plan our days. On all days exept one we met the same driver and that made us feel special and at home. Lucas, thanks for taking us to the mines and telling us everything we needed to know and your great restaurant suggestion, you are great! Special thanks to Martin: you are the greatest guide we`ve ever met and a great person as well. Thanks to you we got to know about Krakow and the environment on a very special, relaxing way and you really made our stay an unforgettable experience!!!!!!! Dear KrakowDirect, I just wanted to say a very big thank you for sending Martin to look after us last weekend. He was absolutely wonderful and took great care of all of us especially my ageing parents. He was very kind to them and they really had a wonderful weekend. So please thank him again from all of us. Before leaving I asked Martin for some of your business cards. I will be giving them to any of my friends who are travelling to Poland with a very strong recommendation that they use your company.

Our driver Martin spoke perfect English, and as well as driving the car he was our city guide and history teacher. He really worked hard each day to make our trip as interesting and well informed as possible, and this was much more than we expected. I have just returned from Krakow, and wanted to thank Krakow Direct for making it sure an enjoyable trip. We used the service for pick up / drop off to the airport and for a trip to Auschwitz and the salt mines. Each time the drivers were early, very polite, and professional. I had also checked out other tours to Auschwitz and Krakow Direct were cheaper than other companies.
