Hi, Just a quick email to pass on the thanks of our group for your level of service and assistance provided during our trip to Krakow. It was a pleasure to deal with you and your drivers, I will certainly use your company if I am in Krakow again and will recommend you to anyone I know visiting the city. We had a great time in Krakow, it is a beautiful city. I think quite a few of us will be back in the near future!

We would also like to say what a credit your driver Tom is to your company he was always on time and very polite and helpful all in all a lovely guy whose English was perfect.
