Pick up time is between 8:30 and 9:15 a.m. As on our shared tours you are accompanied by other passengers, there are 5 or 6 stops along the way. One-way ride to Auschwitz Birkenau takes around 1 hour 10 minutes. On our private day tours we also guarantee door-to-door pick up and drop off. We will pick you up directly from your hotel. Pick up time is usually set between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m, but it is quite flexible.
Once in Auschwitz, our group tours join one of regular guided tours in English, organised by the museum. Guided tour in Auschwitz takes up to 2 hours. Another part of the camps, Birkenau is situated around 3 km further and this distance can be covered with our car. In Birkenau visitors spend 1 – 1.5 hour. On our private tour you have an opportunity to decide whether you want to join regular guided tour in the museum or have a private guided tour. You can also choose to walk on your own.
Some regulations apply in Auschwitz Birkenau. Your carry-on cannot exceed the dimensions of 30 x 20 x 10 cm. Visitors are also required to behave respectfully. Taking pictures is generally allowed with a few exceptions. There is no limitation regarding the age of visitors to Auschwitz Birkenau. However, we do not recommend visiting with children under 14 years old due to dreadful character of the place. Also, some areas are not be accessible with baby pushchairs and by wider wheelchairs. The museum however provides some facilities for visitors with mobility problems. It is possible to borrow a substitute wheelchairs of size allowing to move around the grounds and buildings. Our customer service will help you to arrange the substitute wheelchair upon request prior to the tour.
After your visit to Auschwitz Birkenau our driver will take you to Schindler’s Factory. Lunch break can be organised on your way upon request. We can also arrange lunch boxes to have on your way. Cost of lunch in a restaurant or lunch boxes is not included in the price.
In Schindler’s Factory is now located a modern museum dedicated to Oskar Schindler. Several exhibition halls are divided depending on the theme. Exhibitions are mostly interactive, so visitors often walk on their own. Our group tours do not include guided tours in the museum. It is possible to have a private guided tour on our private day tours. Private guided tours should be booked in advance with us. In Schindler’s museum visitors usually spend around 1.5 hours.
After your visit in Schindler’s Factory, our driver will take you back to you hotel. On our shared tours we drop you off directly to your hotel, but you can also ask for a quick drop off on the way. On our private tours we provide drop off to your hotel or anywhere else in Krakow city centre.

You can pay online while booking our services via our website or in cash to the driver. We prefer cash payments in Polish zlotys, but we also accept Euros, Pounds and U. S. Dollars. The amount in foreign currency is calculated accordingly to current exchange rate, but our driver gives the change in Polish zlotys.
