We recently visited Krakow and used KrakowDirect for our airport transfer and you also arranged for us to visit Auschwitz & Saltmines all in the one day. The service we received was excellent and all off the drivers spoke excellent english and nothing was too much trouble for them. They advised us on restuarants and places of interest worth visiting. I would strongly recommend using this firm for any transfers or visits that you might want while visiting Krakow

We booked a trip to Auschwitz, the service from our booking right until the end of the trip was excellent. The driver was very very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of information regarding Krakow and Auschwitz itself. Would recommend to all!

Hi, Tom and Martin were fantastic! Tom picked us up from the airport and very kindly made a phone call to our apartments for us. He then took us to Auschwitz/Berkenau and on to the salt mine afterwards he helped us so much. Martin picked us up to take us back to the airport for our return journey. Both Tom and Martin were very helpful and we would certainly use your company again. We would also recommend you to anyone that is thinking of visiting your wonderful city.
