We went on two tours with Krakau Direct with some friends. In a word: brilliant! Great communication, good transport, and everything else was sorted perfectly. Highly recommended!!!

Our experience today with our driver Jagoda and private guide Anna was wonderful. Jagoda met us at our hotel promptly at 6.10 and after reminding us to bring our passports, drove us to Auschwitz chatting and showing us a video to set the scene. On arrival, Jagoda got our tickets into Auschwitz, introduced us to Anna and we walked through all the crowds waiting straight to security and within minutes were walking into the entrance tunnel with our guide….amazing. Ann’s was incredibly informed and her quiet respectful narrative was emotive (as you would expect) but despite the busy environment she skilfully took us around both sites in a way that made it seem like we were alone. What an amazing company . We arrived in krakow and recieved word that our tour was cancelled with 12 hrs to go so we contacted krakow direct and they were amazing from start to finish. They rebooked us on to a tour and sent a brilliant driver who looked after us very well . The tour was amazing and the guide was excellent . Its truly a humbling experience to visit Auschwitz/ Birkenau. Krakow direct made everything so easy and so efficient. FromPick up at the hotel at the time allocated to return from tour was absolutely faultless. Amazing day made alot easier by an amazing company . I used krakow direct for my airport collection upon arrival in krakow.gabriel was the driver and he met us in arrivals hall and brought us quickly to our hotel.. he was so friendly and helpful.the driver that brought us back to the airport was on time and very courteous..we did the austwich tour with them aswell and the girl that drove us there was lovely on time ..also the driver that brought us to the salt mines was friendly on time and very helpful..both tours are wonderful and well worth doing..well done krakow direct

Just got back from my trip to Krakow and just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the staff at Krakow Direct. Your drivers were always on time, polite, friendly and very accomodating. We asked if we could do a stop off on the way back to our hotel after visting the Oskar Schindler museum and our driver was more than happy to oblige. Me and my friends visited the Salt Mine, Oskar Schindler and Auschwitz with your company. All of the tour guides were very knowlegable and it definatley made the trips better than doing them by your self. Would definatlety recommed doing all these tours with a guide. I will definately be reccomending your company to family and friends and if I go back to Krakow again as I\'m sure I will as there was still much more to see I will be using you again. Thank yo
