Dear Peter, I just wanted to drop you a note to say that the organisation today was absolutely superb! Peter, the driver was delightful, very efficient and looked after us so well... Richard (I know his name was the Polish equivalent of Richard!!) Was a brilliant guide... He showed us all the important things we needed to see in the time we had, he was very informative and knowledgeable and managed to get us round the camps in plenty of time to get back to get our flight. Thank you to you too for all your hard work in organising it for us.. I know I bombarded you with a few too many emails!! We shall certainly be recommending your company to all our colleagues and friends.

What an incredible visit we had to Krakow. It was absolutely wonderful. And our guide, Lucas, was the most pleasant person we have ever had in countered with your services. We were so glad to have him for the whole time we travelled through Poland. He was a hoot!!!! In Texas, it\'s a saying that means he was so much fun to be with. It really made this trip a memorable one. When we went to all these places, he was right there to tell the vendors what we wanted and it just made it so much easier for us. He showed us an ice cream place that he liked so one evening after dinner we walked until we found it. It was so delicious. Wish we could have taken some back with us. When we were at the pottery places, he went with us and I think he enjoyed himself too. He found us a restaurant after we finished with the pottery factory and we hope he enjoyed it as much as we did. The food was incredible and we all rolled out of that place. We ate it all. He shared his knowledge with some of the churches we went to. We look forward to coming again, possibly as soon as next year. Peter, thank you again for setting up everything. You are very professional in your business.

Just a short note to say how pleased and impressed we were by the service which you provided during our stay in Krakow. The three drivers who provided the airport transfers and the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour were punctual,friendly and having good English were able to point out places of interest and answer all our questions which added to our enjoyment. We will certainly recommend your company to any friends who may be visiting Krakow in the future.

I have just returned from Krakow and would like to thank you for the superb service provided by your company. A huge thank you to Martin who picked us up from the airport and also took us to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz-Birkenhau Tour. He was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable, we ate in the restaurant he recommended and it was really good. On behalf of myself and the others members of my group, may I pass on my sincere thanks to all the staff of Krakowdirect for the helpfulness and efficiency. In particular to all the drivers. Lucas collected us from the airport and was there waiting although we were about two hours late, he gave us advice where to find nice restaurants, etc. The trip to Auschwitz was very interesting and the driver even loaned his coat to one of our party due to a sudden downpour. I will have no hesitation to recommend your company to any of my friends who will no doubt visit your city in the near future.

I travelled to Poland with my daughter Lindsay (who booked with 4 seasons apartments and our trips were run by yourselves. Yarro picked us up from the airport and returned us to the airport. Jan took us to Auschwitz-Birkenau and to the Wieliczka salt mine, and poor Lucasz took us on our trip to Zacopane where our drive was a snowy blizzard. All 3 drivers were fantastic.
