From and to the airport and during our visit to Auschwitz your guys were absolutely brilliant. They were very friendly, punctual and active. We had a perfect visit to your beautiful city and your guys certainly contributed to that. Thanks again.

Hallo Peter - My group consisting of 10 people have just returned from Poland and we all wanting to say \"Thank You\" for making our stay so enjoyable and so well organised. Your drivers are a credit to your company as they were so helpful and nothing was a problem for them and they were always there on time. Dear Peter, You may recall we corresponded a few weeks ago. Myself, my wife and my parents have returned from a very enjoyable trip to Krakow. I would not want to miss the opportunity to say how delighted we all were with the service we received from Krakow Direct. As well as all the help we received from you in advance of travelling, from the moment we landed when your driver was waiting for us, to his dropping us off for our return flight, the service we received was quite superb. Just back from short break in Krakow, sept 2012. These guys are the tops. Excellent service, excellent staff prompt and very courteous and friendly. Would recommend this company for anyone arriving in town for the first time or hundredth time. Contact these guys. They just do know wot they are doing. Thank you once more lads!!!!

Hi, Just have to write and say a big thank you to Mathew (English version of his name) our driver throughout our trip to Krakow. Also thank you to Peter for all communications on booking our airport transfers/trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum and Schindlers Factory, also Wieliczka Salt Mines. What an excellent service provided by both. We asked Mathew which restaurants he uses and he gave us a choice of three, we chose Pod Wawelem Restaurant, which was delightful and we had a fantastic meal to round off our wonderful trip, please thank Mathew for supplying us with this information. We wish all involved great success for the future and will definitely be recommending your company to ALL our friends who plan trips to Krakow in the future.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for the excellent service provided yesterday. The driver was helpful (and very patient when my daughter decided to extend her visit at Birkenau). Yours cars are brilliant - roomy, clean and with air-conditioning which in yesterday heat was fantastic. If I return to Krakow I will certainly use your service again!!
