Both airport transfers were extremely efficient and John was very helpful and attentive on our trip to the salt mines. We used Krakow Direct for transfers to and from the airport and also for a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Their promptness was exceptional, you could have set your watch by them. The vehicles were clean and very comfortable and the drivers knowledgeable and very friendly and could speak good English. Would recommend this company to anyone travelling to Krakow and if we returned we would certainly use them again. Very impressed throughout so thank you.
