I just wanted to pass on thanks, from both myself and the others in our party, to the guide (Peter) who met us at the airport on Friday. Not only was Peter extraordinarily friendly, but he also took the time to talk with us and explain lots about Polish culture and traditions. I would also be grateful if you could pass on our thanks for our guide at Auschwitz – Daria. She demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the atrocities, took the time to listen to us and answer questions, and demonstrated real passion and emotion. Together Peter and Daria certainly gave us a shining example of Polish people, and helped make the day memorable.

I am back in Holland and I want to say to you that I am very satisfied with your services. The drivers were all very polite en friendly. The vehicles were in time, so no reason for stress. I will recommend you here in Holland to people who go to Krakow.

Hi Peter, Krakow was fantastic and I would just like to thank you for taking care of us and providing such a great service. Both our driver and camp guide were superb and could not have been any better as was the service you provided organising everything around our needs. From start to finish the service provided was fantastic. Booking was easy and quick so booking multiple services was effortless. The services were fantastic, even special requests were not a problem. All our drivers were ready, waiting for us (even Martin who was ready for us even though we landed 40 minutes early). Vans were spacious and comfortable. When we come back to Poland, we will only be using Krakow direct.

Just back from a trip to Krakow with 13 friends. we used KrakowDirect for group trips to the salt mines Auschwitz and Zakopane as well as airport transfers. My wife and I also booked a personal rip to visit relatives. Very impressed with the service - punctual polite and very knowledgeable. Cars / minibuses immaculate. Have to single out Peter who drove us to visit relatives and came in with us for four hours and helped with translations as my Polish is very weak. Thanks guys!

We were so impressed with your company and felt like people should know! We booked a trip to Auschwitz and The Salt Mines on Saturday 27th October 2012: we were picked up (early!) in a very swish Mercedes Benz van. There were 4 of us in our party, plus 1 other person in the van so it felt like a really personal experience. The driving was excellent and very comfortable. When we arrived at Auschwitz, our driver sorted us out very quickly and made sure we found our guide. He was waiting for us when we came out and took us straight to Birkenau and again made sure we were in the right place. He then took us to The Salt Mines and recommended a lovely restaurant for us to have something quick to eat...he even checked with the local staff that we had been seated and served properly! He then dropped us off, back at our apartments. His name was Martin and he was fab- he looked after us all day. We also used Krakow Direct for our airport transport yesterday and again they were early and it was a very comfortable transfer. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again if we go to Krakow. Thank you so much for making our holiday so enjoyable and easy.
