I have worked in Krakow for some months and regularly booked KrakowDirect for my airport transfers to Katowice. The service has always been good value and reliable. I would like to explicitly stress the exceptional level of service and customer orientation. I was even notified about changes in airline schedule (would probably have missed my flight otherwise). It has taken us a while to make a comment but all we can say is our second visit to Krakow was made extra special by the service we recieved from your company. Having found your site by chance we pre-booked our airport/hotel transfers and trips to Auschwitz/ Birkenau and to Zakopane. We cannot praise Marcin our trip driver enough for his promtness, willingness and Polish lessons!His English was exceptional and his enthusiasm to our needs was much appreciated.A lovely young man and a credit to your company. We would not hesitate in using your services again or passing on your good name as a reliable company.

What a fantastic service! It was so good to be met at the airport and taken to our hotel by a friendly driver in a very comfortable vehicle.We visited Auschwitz and the Salt Mines and each time the service we received was exemplary. Thank you.

Excellent service. We used your company for airport transfers and a tour to Auchswitz/Birkenau. All the drivers were on time, polite and informative. Your vehicles were also very roomy and comfortable.

We recently visited Krakow and used KrakowDirect for our airport transfer and you also arranged for us to visit Auschwitz & Saltmines all in the one day. The service we received was excellent and all off the drivers spoke excellent english and nothing was too much trouble for them. They advised us on restuarants and places of interest worth visiting. A totally fantastic service, very reliable, very pleasant, as two women travelling alone our driver (Tom) made us feel very safe and protected and was so informative and helpful. Perfect English and just knows everything to make your trip successful. Thouroughly recommended and great value.
