We used krakow direct for airport transfers, excellent service,very polite and profesional drivers also informative when we took a trip to auschwitz all in all a fantastic service at a great price.

We have just returned home from our short stay in Krakow and we wanted to thank you for your service. The four drivers we used were always on time and extremely helpful. We would have no problem in recommending you or using you again, when we return to Krakow.

He was absolutely wonderful and took great care of all of us especially my ageing parents. He was very kind to them and they really had a wonderful weekend. So please thank him again from all of us. I have just returned from Krakow, and wanted to thank Krakow Direct for making it sure an enjoyable trip. We used the service for pick up / drop off to the airport and for a trip to Auschwitz and the salt mines. Each time the drivers were early, very polite, and professional. I had also checked out other tours to Auschwitz and Krakow Direct were cheaper than other companies.

Thank you also for the offer of help when our travel agent let us down on Friday - it was a worrying time when we had booked and paid for our accommodation only to discover the hotel had closed.
