Hi, Tom and Martin were fantastic! Tom picked us up from the airport and very kindly made a phone call to our apartments for us. He then took us to Auschwitz/Berkenau and on to the salt mine afterwards he helped us so much. Martin picked us up to take us back to the airport for our return journey. Both Tom and Martin were very helpful and we would certainly use your company again. We would also recommend you to anyone that is thinking of visiting your wonderful city.

Dear Sirs, Your company has provided the bus transfers from and to Krakow airport and the local transport during our stay in Poland from Monday 26th to Wednesday 28th of January for our group from ITC Tosi in Busto Arsizio (Italy). We would like to let you know how satisfied we were with the service provided. A special acknowledgement goes to your employee, Tom, who assisted our group. By offering his skills he has helped us deal with the difficult situation of one of our students whose wallet and identity card had been stolen during our stay. Hi, your driver Jack who took us to our hotel last Saturday, 15 Nov, was excellent. He was waiting as arranged even though our flight arrived early, carried our bags and was very keen to advise us about Kracow. He pointed out places of interest, helped with Polish words and made us very welcome to your country. Very satisfied with your service and will be recommending it to our friends when they go in the New Year.
