Hi, just back to Belfast and wanted to thank your staff for a great time in Krakow. We originally only booked an airport transfer but when our flight arrived half an hour early and Tomas (he was studying robotics at Uni) was waiting for us with my name on a board it was very reassuring and professional. So much so we booked Auschwitz with him for the next day. When Martin came to take us to Auschwitz we asked if we could also include the Salt Mines which was not a problem even at such short notice. He worked to our schedule and was always waiting for us even if we were a little late!!! On our return to the airport once again we were collected on time by another polite and professional young man!! In conclusion I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any of our friends and would like to thank all three drivers, they are an asset to your company & wonderful ambassadors for Krakow!!

KrakowDirect, I just want to send you a little e-mail saying how great your company was for me. Our flight was horrible delayed, and still Tom was waiting for us at the airport as promised. He gave us a quick run down on what we needed to know and also told us that we had picked an OK hotel to stay in. Peter picked us up in the morning for Auswitch and he was great. We had a few chats and he was a really nice guy. Sunday went as planned, although I cannot remember the drivers name. Please pass on our thanks to all of our drivers.
