I would like to take this opportunity to thank all concerned for all the travelling around and airport transfers having just returned home I found the experience extremely professional so once again thanks for everything.

Dear KrakowDirect, a group of us (13 people in total) visited Krakow on 4th March – 7th March 2010. I would like to say a very big thank you for all your help and assistance in arranging the transport and the tours during our visit. Having just returned from a trip to Krakow to celebrate my father in law\'s 70th birthday, I wanted to express our thanks for the service received for our aiport transfers and trips. Hi, just back to Belfast and wanted to thank your staff for a great time in Krakow. We originally only booked an airport transfer but when our flight arrived half an hour early and Tomas (he was studying robotics at Uni) was waiting for us with my name on a board it was very reassuring and professional. So much so we booked Auschwitz with him for the next day. When Martin came to take us to Auschwitz we asked if we could also include the Salt Mines which was not a problem even at such short notice. He worked to our schedule and was always waiting for us even if we were a little late!!! On our return to the airport once again we were collected on time by another polite and professional young man!! In conclusion I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any of our friends and would like to thank all three drivers, they are an asset to your company & wonderful ambassadors for Krakow!!
