I would just like to say a big thank you and all the drivers we had. The service we received from everyone from your company was fantastic. The full day tour to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine was made better by the helpful hints and tips from Martin our driver. Martin even recommended a restaurant which turned out to be the best meal of our trip! The drivers were also on time, friendly and genuinely wanted to help. I will make sure that I recommended your services to anyone I know that is visiting Krakow. Thanks for helping to make the weekend so brilliant!

You collected us from the airport on Tuesday 26.10.10 and delivered us to the Ibis. Wednesday 27.10.10 you took us to Auschwitz 1 and 2 and then on to the Salt Mines, that was a long day for us and the driver. Today, Friday 29.10.10, you took us back to the Airport from the Ibis for our flight home. We had a great visit to Krakow which was made easier by using your service. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by your company. All trips were on time and your drivers were courteous and very helpful. It was as shame the Ibis Hotel was not as good, but thats another story. We hope to return next year and will use your firm. Dear KrakowDirect , I would just like to thank you for the very good service you gave me last Friday and Saturday. Both Christopher and Peter were excellent and it was a pleasure to carry out our trips with your company. The vehicles were first rate too.

From emailing Peter to book the tour before we arrived in Poland and Martin picking us up on time at our hotel, we were greeted with nothing but helpful and friendly advice and assistance. Martin really looked after us and made our day brilliant! He was very polite, courteous and considerate of our needs. He spoke very good English! The car was lovely and it was lovely to be chauffer driven in style on such a wet and cold day. It was great to have some extra time in Auschwitz rather than have to be sure to catch the Shuttle bus where u was not guaranteed a seat etc. I would recommend Krakow Direct to anyone. Thanks to Martin for making our day so special! Very good price also!!!
