Just wish to thank you and especially Jaro, our driver, for the visits on the 24th to Auschwitz and today to the Salt mine. Jaro was a pleasant young man, very informative and a good driver would certainly recommend your company.

I would just like to say that your company provided the most efficient and pleasurable experience, The driver Peter was extremely helpful and even arranged our tour to Auschwitz. Everything about the tour was organised for us. Just wanted to thank you and the team for your very efficient services whilst we were in Krakow. The pick up from the airport was very well organised. the driver who took us to auschwitz was very knowledgeable. The salt mine tour pick up and transfers went without a hitch and on our final day the taxi to the airport was also on time and very well organised.

It was our first time we had visited Poland, our first trip was to Auschwitz and the salt mine, ,the driver called Jacob was amazing he was on time ,very helpful,full of information,made both trips a wonderful experience that we will never forget,the next day we had another driver called Jacob who took us on the John Paul ll route, who was really good to very kind and also made this another wonderful experience. I have recommend your company to lots of people and when i come back to Poland I will use your company again.

Dear Krakow Direct. Thank you so much for your excellent service whilst we were in Krakow. Both airport journeys were very good and the Auschwits tour was perfect but very sad. A special thanks to Jaro who was SO helpful to us and especially kind to me who could not visit Birkenau because it was not suitable for the wheelchair. He personally told me all the history and took me round the perimeter fence in the vehicle and to the station. He was very kind and spent time with me which he did not need to but volunteered. Thanks once again, will put a report on Trip Advisor of your company.

We Just wanted to say, Thank you to you and all the lovely drivers that we had during our stay recent stay in Krakow, Everything ran very smoothly and we were very impressed with the efficiency and politeness of the drivers and also your speedy responses to our requests. We had a fabulous time in Krakow and absolutely loved all the places we visited during our stay there. Perfect all round, i felt the drivers (sorry i cant remember their names), were excellent, picked us up from airport, sorted the childrens car seats out, direct to our hotel, day trip to auschwitz, amazingly priced considering the distance, the driver (who waited for us all the time), and also to provide us with a private guide service. this company deserves 5 stars all round! Thank you for making our holiday great!
