A great big thank you Krakow Direct, and especially Anna in the office. You all made our trip for 7 customers so smooth. From the airport pick up and return in clean comfortable vehicle with very attentive drives . The your tours to Auschwitz followed by the Salt mines the next day. Another member of the party had booked separately for your Folk trip which was a gain a great show.This company really deliver and make your holiday so easy 10/10

During my holidays to Kraków I spent 3 days with Kraków Direct tours. I am surprisingly glad to tell how excellent tours they made. Everything was easy and the drivers (read quides) spoke excellent English. They even offer audio and quide book with my own language, Finnish. Extra thanks to Mihael, who told much extra information while driving and while stopping to show interesting things. Happy new year!

Dear Krakow Direct I have just returned from my short break in Krakow. We booked Krakow direct for both the Airport Transfers, and our trip to Auschwitz and the Salt mine. I cannot recommend krakow Direct enough, what a fantastic company. All three drivers, were smart informative ,on time, polite, helpful, the office staff were helpful, even helped us when we had a problem with our travel agent. I used Krakow direct for an airport transfer. I emailed initially as I wanted something clarified and Cuba dealt with my query in an efficient friendly manner and I was able to book the transfer with him through email. We were collected on time and the driver was courteous and friendly. The car was clean and comfortable. An excellent service.

Hello, I have to give you feedback about out airport transportations and Auschwitz-Birkenau tour. - Guide at tour was excellent & spoke good english - Our drivers were very polite and we had a good conversation with our driver when we arrived. He gave us a lot of good hints for our trip ! Also the tour driver guided us extremely well ! Return back to the airport was fast. All the transportations were on time. Please tell to all your staff to keep on this same attitude in the future too ! We are planning to visit Krakow another time, too, and we are using your services for sure (e.g. salt mine tour and airport transportations) and recommending to the others your company also.
