Dear Natalia I wanted to write and say thank you for our trip on Saturday. Tom was a most wonderful guide and driver for us. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very facilitative towards us throughout the day. He made the day special and memorable for us. Please will you show management and Tom this email. We will recommend you to any friends travelling to Kraków in the future. Our airport transfers were also great.

Fantastic, we used them for pick up and drop off from the airport as well as the salt mine tour and Auschwitz, the driver was very informative very helpful and always on time... it has made our visit to Krakow a fantastic easy experience.. A big thank your from all of us..

We used Krakow Direct for two visits to Krakow and the surrounding area. On the most recent visit, in 2019, we used Krakow Direct for airport transfers, a Czestochowa visit, and a custom-tailored research/trip to Szczawnica and Zacopane to locate relatives. Magda was great in offering us a unique experience and her communications were prompt and detailed. Dominic and Peter were great drivers, offering us historical and current information about the areas visited. I would definitely recommend Krakow Direct, and will use them again on our next trip to Krakow!
