Hi, I’ve just returned to Ireland with my boyfriend after a trip to Kraków. We were blown away by the service we received from you guys. The taxi to and from the airport was so clean, comfortable and warm and we had a lovely driver from the airport to the hotel. We also booked the day trip to Auschwitz and the salt mines on Sunday and our driver was Michael. Michael is excellent at his job and looked after us very well, we couldn’t have asked for better. We learned so much in one day and we felt as if we could relax knowing we were in safe hands with Michael and he Was very informative. We have just returned and are already planning our next trip to Kraków! Thanks for making our time more enjoyable and thank you Michael for making everything run so smoothly.

A great big thank you Krakow Direct, and especially Anna in the office. You all made our trip for 7 customers so smooth. From the airport pick up and return in clean comfortable vehicle with very attentive drives . The your tours to Auschwitz followed by the Salt mines the next day. Another member of the party had booked separately for your Folk trip which was a gain a great show.This company really deliver and make your holiday so easy 10/10

Excellent tour service - we booked a last minute private your to auschwitz and the salt mine, our drive Peter was really nice and very knowledgable about Poland. We were collected in the morning and driven to both locations to be met by our tour guide, tickets had already been arranged. Would highly recommend this service, great value for money and you learn a lot!

We have just returned from Krakow and would just like to say thank you for arranging our guide and trip to Auschwitz. Our driver was Peter, what can I say such a helpful, courteous and friendly gentleman. Please pass on our thanks he looked after us extremely well. Dear Krakow Direct I have just returned from my short break in Krakow. We booked Krakow direct for both the Airport Transfers, and our trip to Auschwitz and the Salt mine. I cannot recommend krakow Direct enough, what a fantastic company. All three drivers, were smart informative ,on time, polite, helpful, the office staff were helpful, even helped us when we had a problem with our travel agent. We had an excellent trip to Auschwitz. Our driver Ziggy was great, the guide, Barbara, at Auschwitz was very good and informative and sensitive to the area. Thanks again for all your help. We will recommend Krakow Direct to friends should they visit Krakow.

We booked the Auschwitz and salt mine tours. Our guide Michael was amazing so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Poland. He made the trip so enjoyable and went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable. Picked up on time and dropped off. Thank you Michael for making the day so good for me and my family.
