Hello again Gabriela Your driver was absolutely on time at the Hotel Legend. He had gone inside and I was outside! A very nice ride to the Airport and a very pleasant driver. Hello, Myself and my partner just wanted to say a big thank you for our amazing experience last week! We used your company for both our transfers and three days worth of trips, you were excellent in all aspects! Your staff were so friendly and warming and helped above and beyond! We would like to especially thank a lady called Paulina I believe she was called, she did our tour of Plaszow on Monday 7th September & Also our tour at the Shindlers Factory on Wednesday 9th September, she was so knowledgeable and really made our experience the best! Just wanted to thank you for the tour and in particular wanted to mention Michael who drive us there and back. He was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly about where to go on arrival and departure. He also gave us extra information in addition to the video that was played on the way there. He did this in a way that was respectful to the nature of the visit but was also positive.

This is just to say massive thanks to the company and to your drivers who are all equally nice and pleasant. Special mention to Simon who picked us up from the airport ~ he made a good impression to the company as he was really friendly, we warm up to him immediately. Michael who drove and guided us to Auschwitz-Birkenhau/Saltmine ~ he was also very pleasant. Raphael who drove for us to Zakopane ~ he was so patient with all of us, accommodating our multiple toilet stops and allowing us to change our itinerary last minute. And lastly Karol who took us back to the airport, he was also kind to allow us to change our pick up to an earlier time. They are an asset to KrakówDirect. They made our trips fun and enjoyable!
