I used krakow direct for my airport collection upon arrival in krakow.gabriel was the driver and he met us in arrivals hall and brought us quickly to our hotel.. he was so friendly and helpful.the driver that brought us back to the airport was on time and very courteous..we did the austwich tour with them aswell and the girl that drove us there was lovely on time ..also the driver that brought us to the salt mines was friendly on time and very helpful..both tours are wonderful and well worth doing..well done krakow direct

We had Michael yesterday and we were thoroughly looked after all day. Michael was brilliant as our driver and tour guide. Would thoroughly recommend

Just got back from my trip to Krakow and just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the staff at Krakow Direct. Your drivers were always on time, polite, friendly and very accomodating. We asked if we could do a stop off on the way back to our hotel after visting the Oskar Schindler museum and our driver was more than happy to oblige. Me and my friends visited the Salt Mine, Oskar Schindler and Auschwitz with your company. All of the tour guides were very knowlegable and it definatley made the trips better than doing them by your self. Would definatlety recommed doing all these tours with a guide. I will definately be reccomending your company to family and friends and if I go back to Krakow again as I\'m sure I will as there was still much more to see I will be using you again. Thank yo

Our guide for our Auschwitz & Birkenau trip promptly arrived for us at 8.15 and introduced himself as Micheal. Our tours went very smoothly and Micheal explained everything in great detail as we moved from building to building in Auschwitz and on the grounds of Birkenau. We had a great day with Micheal, nicknamed Walker.

Wow what a service, professional, efficient, friendly and the transport was clean. We booked our hotel transfers through Jet2 and it was Krakow Direct that were waiting for us. It was the same for our return. We also booked Auschwitz & the Salt Mines through external service and again it was KD who did the transfers. Waiting time for them is non-existent as they are at the pick up points waiting for you. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend them.

Arrived late Sunday, met Gregor P at the airport, very attentive, thoughtful and caring. Short walk to the car, very knowledgeable and provided useful tips for the excursions ! Talked all the way to the hotel and even walked with us, when he parked to make sure we arrived safely

Extremely happy with the service! We’ve used the Krakow Direct airport transfer service and it was a stress free, and overall pleasant experience. Although landed slightly early, the driver was already waiting for us at the arrivals. I can only assume the company has some type of priority parking at krakow airport as the car was parked literally right at the entrance to the car park so very short walk; our driver Gregor P has kindly helped with suitcases too. The car was brand new so we had a very comfortable journey to our final destination. We made our reservation through bookings.com but next time will definitely try reaching out directly to make sure we get the same level of service

Despite our flight delay from Amsterdam, super good service from Gregory. He told us a lot about Krakow and our next stop Zakopane during the trip to our hotel. Excellent service. Thank you
