Hello there , We are back in the UK now but wanted to say thank you for the service you provided . It was very professional and good value. If we return we will use you again.

This is just to say massive thanks to the company and to your drivers who are all equally nice and pleasant. Special mention to Simon who picked us up from the airport ~ he made a good impression to the company as he was really friendly, we warm up to him immediately. Michael who drove and guided us to Auschwitz-Birkenhau/Saltmine ~ he was also very pleasant. Raphael who drove for us to Zakopane ~ he was so patient with all of us, accommodating our multiple toilet stops and allowing us to change our itinerary last minute. And lastly Karol who took us back to the airport, he was also kind to allow us to change our pick up to an earlier time. They are an asset to KrakówDirect. They made our trips fun and enjoyable!

We are now back home after our trip to Poland. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and everyone we have dealt with at your company. I visited Krakow for three days this week and used the services of Krakow Direct-twice for visits to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mines. I am pleased to report that the whole experience was very impressive, from the original research via their website; the ease of booking; the promptness of the pick ups; the vehicles; the friendliness of the drivers; the clear explanations given on what to expect on the tours and finally the guides themselves - especially Evelyn on the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour. Their may be cheaper options but based on my brief experience I am confident you would not regret using Krakow-Direct, indeed I think you too will be very satisfied just as my daughter and I were.

Brilliant service and experience delivered by krakow direct. We went on the combined aushwitz and salt mines tour, was picked up by Voytek at the arranged time. He was very welcoming and helpful (and even brought me back my purse after leaving it in the van!) Because we was so pleased with the service, we then went on to book our transfer to katowice Airport. Again the service was excellent. The driver was very nice and on time and was also not overly expensive. Thank you very much!
