Just got back from my trip to Krakow and just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the staff at Krakow Direct. Your drivers were always on time, polite, friendly and very accomodating. We asked if we could do a stop off on the way back to our hotel after visting the Oskar Schindler museum and our driver was more than happy to oblige. Me and my friends visited the Salt Mine, Oskar Schindler and Auschwitz with your company. All of the tour guides were very knowlegable and it definatley made the trips better than doing them by your self. Would definatlety recommed doing all these tours with a guide. I will definately be reccomending your company to family and friends and if I go back to Krakow again as I\'m sure I will as there was still much more to see I will be using you again. Thank yo

I booked a trip to Auschwitz and Salt mine in one day and was very impressed with our driver who not only made sure we were well informed as to how the day would progress but also made sure we were in the correct queues for our tours. A long day but a stress free one thanks to you. I highly recommend

I used company to help me organise many events during discovering Krakow together with my 62 colleagues from Denmark. Transfers from the airport, visit Auschwitz, visit Salt Mine, river trip, Jewish district, Wawel etc. Everything was perfect!!!! Guide Kamil deserved 5* from all of us. Full professionalism!!! Hardly recommended!!!

Pawel was an amazing man! Well versed in conversation, English was perfect, very nice attitude, and best of all extremely kind! I will use these services again and personally request for Pawel! Thanks for making my journey to Poland joyful and easy!

Hi, I hope you are all well, I had some transfers and 2 trips booked with you which I originally booked in March 2020 which was cancelled twice and rebooked. Well we finally got Poland on 31-10-2021 I would just like to say a massive thank you for your service, both transfers and trips was perfect. The 2 drivers who picked us up from the airport and took us back was very pleasant and helpful and very prompt. We had booked 2 excursions outside Krakow with you via our hotel Amber Boutique Hotel and I wanted to tell you that we were very satisfied with your services. First of all, we went to AUSCHWITZ-BIRKENAU on July 2nd. The driver-guide picked us up on time in front of our hotel. I don't remember his name but he was extremely kind all the day. We had all the necessary explanations during the journey and at our arrival on site. For the second reservation, we went to mine salt the next day, July 03. And, good surprise, we were alone in the mini-bus with our driver. Mike was great and managed very well the mishaps we encountered on the road (accident on the way with intervention of the emergency services and helicopter) and thanks to him we were able to make the visit at the scheduled time.
