Good Morning Paulina, We want to thank you for the very, very good service. Very good cars, very good drivers, always very good in time, a good organisation and guide in Auschwitz and a very pleasant communication with you. When we go again to Krakau we are going to use, for sure, your service and shall recommand KrakowDirect to other people.

Just returned from Kraków where we were picked up from airport, taken on a full day tour of auschwitz, birkenau and the salt mines then taken back to the airport. Over the three days we used your company it was fabulous and each driver was very polite and very friendly. No complaints at all and so impressed will highly recommend Kraków direct to family and friends. Thank you again

(the 2 transfers to from the airport and the trip to Auschwitz Schindler\'s factory). The drivers were very professional and kind without interfering at all with the client\'s privacy. Our driver, Martin we think his name was, arrived on time, was very polite and looked after us well throughout the day. I have got to put in writing just how amazing your company made our visit to Krakow (17-20th April 2015). I have never felt so well looked after, the drivers for each of our transfers/tours were punctual and really good drivers too. I need to make special mention of Little John and Chris. They in turn (John)took us to Auschwitz- Birkenau and the Salt Mines and Chris to Schindlers factory. Chris struggled to get us to Schindlers because of the Marathon that meant many of the bridges and streets in Krakow were closed on the Sunday morning but we still managed to get there. I really cannot praise Krakow Direct enough. As a disabled person they were always there ready to get me and my wheelchair into and out of the very disabled friendly vehicle. I really cannot thank everyone enough for the perfect organisation and friendliness of the drivers who could all be tour guides themselves, their knowledge of Krakow being so great and their English absolutely perfect. I have made sure that TripAdvisor has good feedback too.
