Hi Magda, Just wanted to compliment you and your team on the excellent service you provided on the tours to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines and Airport Transfer. We felt very comfortable with the friendly and very helpful drivers, both whom were called Michael. and also the last minute booking made by our salt mine tour guide Michael for the airport transfer. Everything was so well organized, and we felt great confidence in Krakow Direct. When visiting a new country this is very important, I will certainly be recommending your services to anyone is visiting Krakow in the future. Thanks again

My mum and I have just returned from our trip to Krakow and would like to thank you so much for your service. We have never visited Krakow before and your staff/company ensured we will visit again. From booking services before we arrived to the end of our trip we were given all the help and guidance we needed and on arrival were made to feel at home. Our trip was as stress free as we could have hoped, the drivers and tour guides as helpful as could be and we cannot thank everyone involved enough.

Hi, I am just emailing you to tell you how happy we were with our driver today. I believe his name is Marcin and I know it was his second day on the job. He was very pleasant, polite and took very good care of us. He was also chatting to us, making the journey fun and easy. Once again, well done to him and thank you.

Hello Paulina I just wanted to say Thank you for helping make our trip such a success, everything went really smoothly and we had a great time. Michael was waiting for us with my name card as promised, and Michael and Peter were both prompt and very welcoming. Michael (sorry not sure on spelling) our driver for the first 3 days was fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful he is a real credit both to Poland and to your company, a really lovely man. Peter also was very nice but we only had him fro the trip back to the airport. The only negative aspects of our trip could not have been controlled by you, namely the rain on 2 days including when we went to Auschwitz and I lost my wedding ring somewhere between Stansted and the arrivals lounge at Krakow. I hope to visit again with my wife this time as Krakow is such a lovely city, do you cater for couples with smaller vehicles or is it just groups. Anyway thank you again for making the trip so enjoyable. I will recommend you to anybody I know who may be visiting your wonderful city.

Krakow Direct, I wanted to comment on the service that we received from you while we were in Krakow on April 8 to April 11th. Specifically, I want to complement you on our driver, Thomas. We found him to be a wonderful representative of your city, your country and a pleasure to be around. He was an excellent driver and we felt that he was well trained and very careful. He was helpful and courteous and made our stay very memorable. Clearly, he had a great deal of pride in his job and he was very professional. A comment on your telephone staff, they, too, were excellent. They were quick to respond, very helpful and we enjoyed each of the tours that we did with your company. Thanks for a job well done!

Thank you for your excellent service. I cannot rate you highly enough. Our driver was very professional, helpful and friendly. The travel arrangements definitely made our trip and experience in Krakow much more enjoyable. I would most definitely recommend your company to family and friends for future trips there. Hello Joannna!! Im back to Madrid and one of the first things that I wanted to do is to write to you... Thank you very, very much for all!!! Everything was perfect!!! Thomas was excellent and was all the time taking care of us. If you will excuse me, I would like to give you some advice.... Don´t offer the service as a Private Driver. It is so much more than this!! Offer it as a Personal Assistant!! I´m sure that all drivers have the same attitude of Thomas and definetely he was not just a driver and the experience for customers is fantastic. When I have a little more time, definetely I will write about your company at Trip Advisor and other web sites. PD: as I said to Thomas, the only thing that I can critic to your company is that you are only in Krakow!! I´m sure that if you were also in Warsaw, my days there should be so much better!!
