First class service received for transfers from and to airport. Also booked a couple of the tours and all drivers were extremely polite and spoke very good English. Must say a hugh thankyou to Peter our driver for our tour to Auschwitz and schindlers factory who was extremely friendly and gave us so much information and knowledge of Krakow and poland in general during our time spent travelling to the tours 5 star service.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic company! We were met at the airport by Derek, who took us to our hotel and arranged where he would pick us up for our Auschwitz trip the following morning. Unfortunately, due to an error on our part we had to move to another hotel, but our relatives back in the UK were able to phone you and rearrange the pick up to our new hotel with no problems. Next day exactly on time Derek arrived to take us on our trip. Along the way he gave us interesting facts about the area and its history in his excellent English. A group of 4 of us booked a trip with Krakow direct through our air bnb host for a tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau! We had a great experience, we were picked up promptly from our apartment by our lovely driver Thomas, who was very welcoming and friendly. The bus was very modern and comfortable! At Auschwitz our tour guide, Piotr, was great! He too was really friendly and informative and very easy to listen to. All in all a great experience and would deffo recommend to others!

Great Service, very professional, informative, friendly and hope to use the service of your company again. Michael was our driver/guide for our trip to Auchwitz/Birkenau/Saltmines and he was just brilliant! Such a lovely guy and so helpful. It was a very long day with lots of walking and overload of emotion and information but we were prepared for that. All our group have returned home after a very enjoyable trip to Krakow. On behave of our group I would like to thank ye on yer professional service. Today we visited Auschwitz, we were driven by Christopher who was fantastic. He gave us lots of advice and recommendations for our stay in Krakow. He went above and beyond to be help throughout the whole excursion. This man is a great ambassador for Krakow direct and would recommend him to anyone who wanted to receive first class service!
