We have just returned from our holiday in Krakow, we had a great time! We used your company for our airport transfers, a trip to Auschwitz and also the salt mines. Every time the driver was ready and waiting for us, they were all polite and friendly and the vehicles were immaculate. Special thanks to Peter who drove us to Auschwitz, he was so knowledgeable and fabulous company, a real asset to you. Anyway I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with everything, your service has been excellent from the first time we spoke to you, how easy it was to book and pay for the tours, the office staff have been excellent, so helpful! I will be reviewing you on trip advisor too, I can’t fault your service and will most definitely recommend you to anyone who come to Krakow. Thanks for everythin

When we landed in Krakow this week we were met by 2 gentlemen from Krakow direct who would take us directly to our hotel. In stead of the bus we ordered - they came with 3 minivans. They explained why and that was ok. We were happy either way. The trip into town went like clockwork and we were unloaded at the doorstep of our new home for 3 days. When we went home again the cars (3 minivans) were waiting for us outside the hotel on the stroke of 6am. All in all an excellent service with polite and smiling drivers, despite some of our groups members testing the drivers patience by arriving a bit late.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Krakow Direct. All our dealings with your company.. from correspondence with your office staff, transfers and organised trip to Auschwitz were carried out efficiently, punctually and in a very friendly manner.
