KrakowDirect, Apologies for the delay in thanking you for making my visit to Krakow last week an outstanding success. Your driver Marcin was highly professional and very friendly. His timekeeping was impeccable, the vehicles were always clean and well presented, he was extremely knowledgeable of Polish history, geography, culture and politics and was well able to give full explanations to whatever we asked. He also was able to give us good recommendations for restaurants. Marcin is an excellent asset to your company. I am a licenced chauffeur and Tour Guide here in Ireland so I know what I am talking about. I and the three friends who were with me will all return to Krakow in the future and most likely we will bring others. When we do, either together or as individuals, we will only use your services for ground transportation and most likely we will be looking for Marcin. But more of that in the future. For now, thank you again for an excellent professional service and please pass on my comments to Marcin.

It has taken us a while to make a comment but all we can say is our second visit to Krakow was made extra special by the service we recieved from your company. Having found your site by chance we pre-booked our airport/hotel transfers and trips to Auschwitz/ Birkenau and to Zakopane. Excellent service. We used your company for airport transfers and a tour to Auchswitz/Birkenau. All the drivers were on time, polite and informative. Your vehicles were also very roomy and comfortable.
