Just wanted to say a big thank you for the services you provided this weekend. The drivers were all excellent so helpful and friendly. We will no doubt be coming back at some point as we did not get chance to see and do everything we would have liked to in such a short stay. We will definitely book you again.

We Just wanted to say, Thank you to you and all the lovely drivers that we had during our stay recent stay in Krakow, Everything ran very smoothly and we were very impressed with the efficiency and politeness of the drivers and also your speedy responses to our requests. We had a fabulous time in Krakow and absolutely loved all the places we visited during our stay there. I will definately reccomend you to friends and will of course use the services of your company again when we return in the future. Please also thank, Matjek, Thomas, Lucas and Martin. I would like to say thank you for the way you helped us with a fantastic visit to Katowice and Imielin your drivers where friendly and polite without both Tom and Peter are trip would not gone as well as it did. Once again my sincere thank you for all your help. I will have no hesitation in using the company again as we plan to visit again in the next few months.

I have just returned from a trip to Kracow as part of a group of 8. Our driver (Lucas) was excellent and treated us with courtesy and professionalism at all times. Our various stops to get money from Exchanges etc was never a problem. We visited Auswitch/Berkanau, the Salt Mine and Schindlers Museum. Everything about our visit to Kracow was perfect, all the more so because of KrakowDirect. I am already recommending this company to friends who are visiting Kracow later in the year.

Perfect all round, i felt the drivers (sorry i cant remember their names), were excellent, picked us up from airport, sorted the childrens car seats out, direct to our hotel, day trip to auschwitz, amazingly priced considering the distance, the driver (who waited for us all the time), and also to provide us with a private guide service. this company deserves 5 stars all round! Thank you for making our holiday great!

We would like to say thank you to Peter for organising our trips with Krakow Direct, they were excellent, especially our trip of the Podgorze area on the Tuesday. Our driver Tom was so pleasant on our journey from the airport to the hotel, but special thanks go to Martin who drove us around Podgorze on the Tuesday, he was so knowledgeable and took us to places we would never have found ourselves, even down to where to have lunch. He drove us on the Wednesday to Aushwitz for what was an atrocious day for driving. He was a very safe driver. He also took us to the airport on the Friday. Please give him our thanks, he is a real credit to your company.

Dear KrakowDirect, I just wanted to thank you for the superb service you provided us in transporting us to and from Zakopane. Both drivers were exceptionally polite, smart and punctual and spoke excellent English (the latter a bonus but not a requirement for us when visiting a foreign country). The cars were very comfortable. It is without doubt the most professional transfer service I have used anywhere in the world.
