It was as shame the Ibis Hotel was not as good, but thats another story. We hope to return next year and will use your firm. I booked on line for the Airport Transfer to Krakow, then arranged the return trip with the driver. An excellent service which I will definitely recommend to friends.

From emailing Peter to book the tour before we arrived in Poland and Martin picking us up on time at our hotel, we were greeted with nothing but helpful and friendly advice and assistance. Martin really looked after us and made our day brilliant! He was very polite, courteous and considerate of our needs. He spoke very good English! The car was lovely and it was lovely to be chauffer driven in style on such a wet and cold day. It was great to have some extra time in Auschwitz rather than have to be sure to catch the Shuttle bus where u was not guaranteed a seat etc. I would recommend Krakow Direct to anyone.
