I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by your company. All trips were on time and your drivers were courteous and very helpful. It was as shame the Ibis Hotel was not as good, but thats another story. We hope to return next year and will use your firm. I need to find some new things to do and see, so would welcome any suggestions. Once again many thanks for your great service, please pass on my thanks to your drivers

I booked on line for the Airport Transfer to Krakow, then arranged the return trip with the driver. An excellent service which I will definitely recommend to friends.

He pointed out various things which were of interest, and on the full day he was courtesy itself. Also, the young man who collected us from the Hotel to the Airport was also excellent.

From emailing Peter to book the tour before we arrived in Poland and Martin picking us up on time at our hotel, we were greeted with nothing but helpful and friendly advice and assistance. Martin really looked after us and made our day brilliant! He was very polite, courteous and considerate of our needs. He spoke very good English! The car was lovely and it was lovely to be chauffer driven in style on such a wet and cold day. It was great to have some extra time in Auschwitz rather than have to be sure to catch the Shuttle bus where u was not guaranteed a seat etc. I would recommend Krakow Direct to anyone. Thanks to Martin for making our day so special! Very good price also!!!

Hello, My wife and I and two friends have just returned from a most enjoyable few days in Krakow during which you organised a day\'s tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt mines for us. I just felt I would like to let you know how extremely impressed we all were with the excellent service we received, first from yourself when initially enquiring and then booking this tour over the internet and second from our driver for the day Matthew. He was totally professional and excellent in every way! Punctual, polite, considerate, very friendly and informative and extremely helpful.
