We have just returned from Krakow and would just like to say thank you for arranging our guide and trip to Auschwitz. Our driver was Peter, what can I say such a helpful, courteous and friendly gentleman. Please pass on our thanks he looked after us extremely well. We are hoping to return to Krakow for another holiday and would be very happy to use you again for trips and excursions. Thank you again.

Dear Krakow Direct I have just returned from my short break in Krakow. We booked Krakow direct for both the Airport Transfers, and our trip to Auschwitz and the Salt mine. I cannot recommend krakow Direct enough, what a fantastic company. All three drivers, were smart informative ,on time, polite, helpful, the office staff were helpful, even helped us when we had a problem with our travel agent. We had an excellent trip to Auschwitz. Our driver Ziggy was great, the guide, Barbara, at Auschwitz was very good and informative and sensitive to the area. Thanks again for all your help. We will recommend Krakow Direct to friends should they visit Krakow.

Dear all We had a very special trip last Friday. Our driver Michael and the man giving the talk at the extermination camps was of a very high standard and the Salt Mine at the end was fascinating. The visit to the camps was an intense experience but we felt we owed it to those who had died so horribly. Our driver was very patient in the Friday night traffic and kept a close eye on all his group. Thank you for a very special trip.

I used Krakow direct for an airport transfer. I emailed initially as I wanted something clarified and Cuba dealt with my query in an efficient friendly manner and I was able to book the transfer with him through email. We were collected on time and the driver was courteous and friendly. The car was clean and comfortable. An excellent service.

We booked the Auschwitz and salt mine tours. Our guide Michael was amazing so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Poland. He made the trip so enjoyable and went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable. Picked up on time and dropped off. Thank you Michael for making the day so good for me and my family.
