I cant thank you enough for the excellent service you provided while we were in Krakow. Your transport is immaculately clean and prompt. The drivers we had Yarrow & Lucas were absolutely brilliant, they were so friendly & polite and really informative about the area and the places we were visiting. I used Krakow direct for an airport transfer. I emailed initially as I wanted something clarified and Cuba dealt with my query in an efficient friendly manner and I was able to book the transfer with him through email. We were collected on time and the driver was courteous and friendly. The car was clean and comfortable. An excellent service.

We booked the Auschwitz and salt mine tours. Our guide Michael was amazing so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Poland. He made the trip so enjoyable and went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable. Picked up on time and dropped off. Thank you Michael for making the day so good for me and my family.

I wanted to thank you and say how impressed I was with the service me and my friend received last week while in Krakow. We took a trip to Auschwitz and also the Schindler Factory afterwards. The service was amazing and we were met by another driver to take us to the factory and he was efficient. During our Trip to Krakow we used Krakow direct for; *transfers to and from the airport, * Aushwitz- Birkenau tour.
