Everything was on time and easy to follow. good trip if you want to see both places in one go.

I used krakow direct for my airport collection upon arrival in krakow.gabriel was the driver and he met us in arrivals hall and brought us quickly to our hotel.. he was so friendly and helpful.the driver that brought us back to the airport was on time and very courteous..we did the austwich tour with them aswell and the girl that drove us there was lovely on time ..also the driver that brought us to the salt mines was friendly on time and very helpful..both tours are wonderful and well worth doing..well done krakow direct

Really enjoyed this one. the Salt Mine was amazing to walk through and Schindler’s Factory had a completely different feel to it. doing both together made for a very good day.

We had Michael yesterday and we were thoroughly looked after all day. Michael was brilliant as our driver and tour guide. Would thoroughly recommend

Had a really good time on this tour. There was enough time to look around, walk a bit, and enjoy the atmosphere of Zakopane. Overall a very pleasant trip.

This was a good choice if you want to make the most of one day in Krakow. it is quite a lot to take in, but everything was organised well and both tours felt worthwhile.

Really well planned trip. Pick up from Krakow was on time, the instructions were clear and not overcomplicated, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The snowmobile route was brilliant, proper winter scenery and that feeling of freedom you don’t forget. Bonfire was a nice bonus, and the hot springs after the ride were a lifesaver.

Very well organised tour. both places were interesting in completely different ways and the day ran smoothly from start to finish.

Exactly what we wanted! Amazing snowmobile fun, Zakopane views and a stress free day trip from Krakow. Quick briefing, good pace on the route, and everything felt well organized. The bonfire was a nice touch, and the hot springs after the ride were perfect.

The Zakopane tour was really amazing. We opt to a private tour because we wanted to spend more time in Gubalowka. I communicated via email with the company. Justyna was really informative and sent me all the information. Our driver Gregor P picked us on time and gave us a lot of information about Zakopane and its surrounding and also about Krakow. He also gave us information if in the future we will visit Zakopane in Winter. If we will visit Krakow again we will definitely choose Krakow Direct. Thanks a lot.
