Just a quick note to say thank you for the service your company provided me. On arrival your driver was waiting for me and on my return your driver was at my hotel 15 minutes earlier than planned. I feel this was excellent customer service and I have no problem in recommending your company to family and friends.

Well, what can I say. The tour was fantastic and Jarrow was a very good driver/guide and an excellent representative for your business. The whole experience was top quality and I would recommend your services to others. Please pass on our thanks again to Jarrow.

I just want to say thank you for your very professional service when we were in Krakow... All of the drivers we had were helpful, friendly and punctual which made our short stay stress free.. I would like to say a Huge Big thanks for making our transfers from Hotel Matejko to airport and return, very stress free, you have some lovely and helpful drivers. Also I wish to put down in writing about Lucas who drove 2 ladies to Rybnik, they had the amazing time, meeting her long lost relatives of her deceased husband. Nothing was too much trouble for Lucas - a real credit to your company. YOU ARE A VERY GOOD PROFFESSIONAL company, reliable and helpful company to deal with 1st class, especially with English speaking drivers.

Dear Krakow Direct. Thank you so much for your excellent service whilst we were in Krakow. Both airport journeys were very good and the Auschwits tour was perfect but very sad. A special thanks to Jaro who was SO helpful to us and especially kind to me who could not visit Birkenau because it was not suitable for the wheelchair. He personally told me all the history and took me round the perimeter fence in the vehicle and to the station. He was very kind and spent time with me which he did not need to but volunteered. Thanks once again, will put a report on Trip Advisor of your company.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the services you provided this weekend. The drivers were all excellent so helpful and friendly. We will no doubt be coming back at some point as we did not get chance to see and do everything we would have liked to in such a short stay. We will definitely book you again.

Perfect all round, i felt the drivers (sorry i cant remember their names), were excellent, picked us up from airport, sorted the childrens car seats out, direct to our hotel, day trip to auschwitz, amazingly priced considering the distance, the driver (who waited for us all the time), and also to provide us with a private guide service. this company deserves 5 stars all round! Thank you for making our holiday great!

We would like to say thank you to Peter for organising our trips with Krakow Direct, they were excellent, especially our trip of the Podgorze area on the Tuesday. Our driver Tom was so pleasant on our journey from the airport to the hotel, but special thanks go to Martin who drove us around Podgorze on the Tuesday, he was so knowledgeable and took us to places we would never have found ourselves, even down to where to have lunch. He drove us on the Wednesday to Aushwitz for what was an atrocious day for driving. He was a very safe driver. He also took us to the airport on the Friday. Please give him our thanks, he is a real credit to your company.
