Just a line to say thanks for the tremendous service both before and during my stay in Krakow... had the airport transfers and tours and your guys were exceptional.. always on time and informative, as was your booking service.

Just wanted to thank you and the team for your very efficient services whilst we were in Krakow. The pick up from the airport was very well organised. the driver who took us to auschwitz was very knowledgeable. The salt mine tour pick up and transfers went without a hitch and on our final day the taxi to the airport was also on time and very well organised.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the service your company provided me. On arrival your driver was waiting for me and on my return your driver was at my hotel 15 minutes earlier than planned. I feel this was excellent customer service and I have no problem in recommending your company to family and friends.

I would like to say a Huge Big thanks for making our transfers from Hotel Matejko to airport and return, very stress free, you have some lovely and helpful drivers. Also I wish to put down in writing about Lucas who drove 2 ladies to Rybnik, they had the amazing time, meeting her long lost relatives of her deceased husband. Nothing was too much trouble for Lucas - a real credit to your company.
