We would like to thank you for the excellent service you and your 2 drivers provided us whilst we stayed in Krakow. We are now home and I did give your details to others who stayed at the Kossack Hotel. I know they used you on the Tuesday to take them to Aushwitz and Birkenau. Dear KrakowDirect, a group of us (13 people in total) visited Krakow on 4th March – 7th March 2010. I would like to say a very big thank you for all your help and assistance in arranging the transport and the tours during our visit.
