I would like to thank both drivers we had during our stay in Kraków. They were very polite and helpful. The driver who took us to Katowice airport had a terrible journey because of a traffic accident but he still managed to get us there on time.

Hi to all the staff at krakow direct I want to give a big thank you to this company I book for the first time to krakow and used this company what a service. From the start emails where clear in all information I book transfares from the airport to hotel and return and also a trip to auschwitz- birkenau tour all spot on krakow direct are one of thee best tour company I went with . The drives were friendly and chat away about the city and made us feel relax in a new city the tour we had book the driver was on time like the drives on are transfares the tour drive was 11/2 drive away and christopher chat and explained what we were driving past explaining al the history of krawkow really enjoyed the on the way to auschwtz . Christopher help as show us were to go and waited until the first tour was over to take us to the second tour . A big thank you to krakow direct and we planing are second trip soon and I will be booking again with this company

Your company provided an excellent service both picking us up and dropping us off at the airport and the two tours. Our driver Peter was polite, courteous informative and looked after us so well. We are nearing the end of a six day trip to Kraków and one of our highlights was our trip to Auschwitz - Birkenau with your fantastic company. We booked trips to Auscwitz - Birkenau and the salt mines with you via email eight weeks ago. The service we received was incredible! The drivers were prompt, friendly and efficient. A particular highlight was our private tour of Auschwitz - Birkenau. This is such a difficult trip but our driver Peter and private guide Evelina were amazing. Their knowledge and passion for their professions was unbelievable! They made this trip so worthwhile and informative. We will be telling everyone about this brilliant company and recommending it to everyone back home in Ireland. We hope we have the pleasure of using this fantastic company again in the future.
