Thank you for making our trip in the begin of december more easier. We had a airport transfer from Katowice and also did the Auschwitz tour. Perfectly on time and very friendly drivers and we got a great guide on the tour.

Your drivers were extremely punctual and highly courteous. We were also extremely impressed by the guide we had at Auschwitz, whose knowledge and respectful way of imparting it made our visit to that terrible place something which we will always remember. KrakowDirect, I just want to send you a little e-mail saying how great your company was for me. Our flight was horrible delayed, and still Tom was waiting for us at the airport as promised. He gave us a quick run down on what we needed to know and also told us that we had picked an OK hotel to stay in. Peter picked us up in the morning for Auswitch and he was great. We had a few chats and he was a really nice guy. Sunday went as planned, although I cannot remember the drivers name. Please pass on our thanks to all of our drivers. I plan on returning to Krakow again and when I do, I will not hesitate to use you guys. you were great, thank you
