Amazing! Our driver was Michael and he arranged everything for us. Transport from and to the airport and our day in Auswitz and the Salt Mines. He was so nice and even helped us with contacting our residence

Krakow Team, I would like to thank you all for making our trip to Poland, and Auschwitz, an ever lasting memory and one we will treasure. From the initial booking request, the backward and forward mails answering all our questions and agreeing dates, timings, tours available and booking it all for us, was both simple and easy. Your team, from Office staff who initially engage on these discussions, to the drivers who picked us up; Airport to Hotel and on our Tours, can only be viewed as truly professional. Everyone was polite, spoke near on perfect English, were very knowledgeable about the areas we travelled though and made our visit very pleasurable indeed. The most memorable is Peter, our Auschwitz tour driver, his knowledge and friendliness throughout the day made us feel very welcome in your country.
