Hi Joanna & Paulina, Just to let you know that everything went well last weekend. All drivers and the walking tour guide were there on time, were courteous and provided a brilliant service. I must admit that I was a bit concerned trying to organise 16 people on various tours but needn\'t of worried as everything went smoothly. We all had a fantastic weekend in Krakow and would recommend your company. Thanks again.

Thank you KrakówDirect for providing such an efficient service, and taking all the hassle out of arranging our transport to and from the hotel. Your drivers were waiting for us, ahead of time, and we had an informative and relaxing drive to and from our hotel. Our private tour day to Auschwitz-Birkenau & Salt Mine was also excellent. Our driver David was very helpful and knowledgeable. He arranged our admissions to the camps and Salt Mine to match up with the schedule we wanted to follow. I cannot recommend your services highly enough. We were very impressed by the by the professionalism of your drivers and the quality of your Mercedes vehicles. Many thanks for making us feel so welcome on our first visit to Kraków.

Had a wonderful tour with Krzysztof (Christopher) this past week. He was waiting in our hotel lobby at 9am and the car was just outside. The Mercedes van was spacious for our group of five (could have been 7) and was impeccably clean. Krzysztof gave us all of the information on the logistics for the day at the start, and was willing to accommodate our group with and extra drop off point and getting us to a cash machine to pay for the tours. As we drove he shared his knowledge of the country, local area, our tour, and so much more. We had plenty of questions for him as well and he was great for answering anything that came to mind. He went beyond the duties of simply driving us from tour to tour: showing us into security at Auschwitz, standing in line at the salt mines, guiding us into the restaurant for lunch, etc. Krzysztof truly made us feel VIP and the cost for the private tour for the day was well worth it!

Dear Paulina I would like to thank you for your help with the airport transfer to the hotel & the excursion to Auschwitz/Birkenau. It was very easy to find the driver, Lucas, at the airport on arrival. He was friendly and brought me to the hotel in no while. I was supposed that he knew that I would have a visit to Auschwitz with KrakowDirect on 16th November as well. Also about the excursion trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau I was very enthusiatic. Very good, friendly and helpful driver, Yaro. He spoke English very well and explained us everything so it was easy to find and to do everything. The guide at Auschwitz/Birkenau was perfect! He gave us a lot of information and had the time to do the excursion. So thank you very much to have given me a wonderful time in Krakau & surroundings.

Hi My husband and I have just returned from our 3 days in Krakow, we used Krakow direct for flight transfers, Auschwitz and Schindlers factory. I would like to tell you that we were very impressed by the service you provided and the professionalism of your drivers. We had Jacob, Matthew, David and Lucas. They were all very polite, courteous and punctual. I would especially like to thank Matthew and David who provided us with lots of information on Auschwitz and the polish history. We thought we should contact you to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Krakow and the way your company contributed to this. We booked airport transfers and trips to the Salt Mines and Auschwitz. We had different drivers each time and all of them looked after us, they were punctual, polite and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our journey with your company. After both tours they asked if we wanted dropping off anywhere or whether we would like to be taken to our hotel.

I just wanted to send a short email to thank you for all your assistance last weekend. I travelled to Auschwitz on Saturday and the salt mine on Monday. The service Kraków Direct was first class, both drivers were excellent and I will recommend the company to all my friends and will definitely book you again when I return to the beautiful city of Kraków.
