Good Morning, I have written a recommnedation on TripAdvisor for your compnay but I wanted to reach out seperately to you to say thank you. The service was brilliant, so professional and well organised. Our driver from the airport and for our day trip to Auschwitz and Salt Mines, Jacob, was the amazing. Such a nice guy, so helpful and really a credit to your company. His family actually live in my town here in Ireland which was an amazing coincidence but all the same....fantastic guy and you should feel lucky to have him work for you. Thank you again,

We booked two perfect organized tours (Auschwitz and Saltmines). Friendly driver, perfect guides and with great service. We recommend KrakowDirect !!

I booked the two camps and salt mines with yourselves and was very impressed with the complete tour from start to finish. We were collected from our hotel then stopped for dinner at a traditional Polish restaurant before going to the salt mines. Driver was very friendly and helpful and even asked us were we wanted to be dropped off at the end of the tour. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience seeing the sights and history of Poland.

Thank you for your service whilst I was in Poland, your company were very professional and always on time 10/10. I will write a report in trip advisor and recommend you to all my friends.
