Hi all, just a quick message to say thanks for making our trip so enjoyable, from the 1st email I inquired, to getting dropped off at the airport all our party were impressed with how courteous, on time and helpful with everything, Tom and Christopher who took us on the tour on Friday especially, thanks again and I will highly recommend your services to all our friends who may want to visit Krakow in the future.

Hi, Just wanted to give you some feedback regarding your service - it is faultless! From 1st making enquiries you answered all questions promptly and accurately. Nothing was too much trouble. The lady who returned the emails was Anna. It felt she was genuinely interested in me and my forthcoming trip. The driver arrived and introduced himself as Conrad. He was an absolute credit to you and your company. Clearly nothing was too much trouble, we asked many questions and he answered these. He was so pleasant. He also made sure nothing was a worry and. Saw us in. He was waiting for us and fitted into our plans for the day. I would strongly recommend that anyone visiting Krakow uses you as a company. Its so refreshing to deal with such fabulous people. Please make sure the praise is passed on to Conrad and Anna.

Just returned from our trip to krakow would recommend krakow direct very professional team used airport transfer and tours had a great driver tom who was very informative would definitely book again

Hello, I would just like to personally thank you so much for you super efficient service I received while booking my trip from Ireland. My family and I would like to personally thank Matthew for an amazing day trip he made us feel super comfortable and couldn\'t have done more for us. His English was outstanding which made our trip extremely easy to understand. When we arrived he introduced us to our tour guide which was another amazing experience without her we would have been lost within the understanding of the tour. Hi Paulina Just a quick email to thank you so much for arranging our tour. Our bus driver was Martin who from beginning to end was a pleasure. Unfortunately our forget our tour guides name once we got to Auschwitz but he was incredible. Full of knowledge and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again
