Hello Paulina I just wanted to say Thank you for helping make our trip such a success, everything went really smoothly and we had a great time. Michael was waiting for us with my name card as promised, and Michael and Peter were both prompt and very welcoming. Michael (sorry not sure on spelling) our driver for the first 3 days was fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful he is a real credit both to Poland and to your company, a really lovely man. Peter also was very nice but we only had him fro the trip back to the airport. The only negative aspects of our trip could not have been controlled by you, namely the rain on 2 days including when we went to Auschwitz and I lost my wedding ring somewhere between Stansted and the arrivals lounge at Krakow. I hope to visit again with my wife this time as Krakow is such a lovely city, do you cater for couples with smaller vehicles or is it just groups. Anyway thank you again for making the trip so enjoyable. I will recommend you to anybody I know who may be visiting your wonderful city.

Krakow Direct, I wanted to comment on the service that we received from you while we were in Krakow on April 8 to April 11th. Specifically, I want to complement you on our driver, Thomas. We found him to be a wonderful representative of your city, your country and a pleasure to be around. He was an excellent driver and we felt that he was well trained and very careful. He was helpful and courteous and made our stay very memorable. Clearly, he had a great deal of pride in his job and he was very professional. A comment on your telephone staff, they, too, were excellent. They were quick to respond, very helpful and we enjoyed each of the tours that we did with your company. Thanks for a job well done!

Hello Joannna!! Im back to Madrid and one of the first things that I wanted to do is to write to you... Thank you very, very much for all!!! Everything was perfect!!! Thomas was excellent and was all the time taking care of us. If you will excuse me, I would like to give you some advice.... Don´t offer the service as a Private Driver. It is so much more than this!! Offer it as a Personal Assistant!! I´m sure that all drivers have the same attitude of Thomas and definetely he was not just a driver and the experience for customers is fantastic. When I have a little more time, definetely I will write about your company at Trip Advisor and other web sites. PD: as I said to Thomas, the only thing that I can critic to your company is that you are only in Krakow!! I´m sure that if you were also in Warsaw, my days there should be so much better!!

I wanted to thank you for your help during our visit to Krakow. Everything worked out perfectly. I want you to know that our driver to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine was outstanding. He paid full attention to us and made sure we were at the right place at the right time. His suggestion for the late lunch was superb. Paul represents your company very well. Dear Magda Just to inform you that we ve really enjoyed our stay at Krakau. Further on we would really like to recommend the driver from Friday . A magnificent person who really did everything and even more to get us ( the 5 ladies) safely to Auschwitz and our hotel , arrange our lunch box , told us more about Krakau and everything we would like to know and so much more during our ride . I have already travelled a lot for work or free time leisure but I have to admit that he has done an amazing job and with so much passion for us as guests in Krakau. We ve already told him Friday eve but the 4 other ladies insisted that I would inform you as well . So it was with great pleasure that I have written this recommendation .
