Great service ! Christopher our driver made everything fantastic for our group of four. He even had extra umbrellas for us as it was a very cold and rainy day. His helpful hints for not only Auschwitz but Schindlers Factory made it a fantastic journey ! ASK for Christopher to be your driver !!

What an excellent company. As our flight was delayed Paulina sorted our reservation for Schindlers factory. Jaro our driver was so helpful in making sure we got into the factory. He was very pleasant and knew his history. The company were never late for our pick ups from hotel for our tours. The vehicle was spotless. An amazing Company.

To all the staff, This is the first time my daughter and I have visited Krakow and it won\'t be our last. Before I booked the trip I used Trip Advisor to find out the best airport transfer to the hotel and also for the various tours we wanted to do. I have travelled around the world and I have never used one company for everything!! I did this as a result of all the positive comments on Trip Advisor. From the pick up at the airport to our drop off back at the airport our week\'s holiday was nothing short of outstanding!! You have a company where all the drivers (Two Peter\'s and Brian. Unfortunately we can\'t remember the name of the gentleman who met us at the airport, sorry) were extremely polite, easy to talk to and were there to make your tour/trip go without any problems. They all achieved this to an amazing first class standard. We booked to do the Auschwitz/birkenau, Salt mine, Schindler\'s factory and the shooting range!! There was one particular person I would like to thank personally and his name is Peter. We had a few very interesting discussions and I said this to him at the time that I learnt so much from him when he took us on the Salt mine and Schindler\'s tour but especially the shooting range day!! Nothing was too much trouble for Peter or indeed any of the other drivers. The shooting day was out of this world and it is something we cannot do here in the UK. It was run very well. I will post on Trip Advisor but in closing a BIG thank you to everyone at Kraków Direct for making this a very memorable holiday indeed. I will be back with my 2 sons and you can rest assured that I will be using your company again for everything. Best regards and wishes.

Dear Paulina, I wanted to give you a small feedback on the service you provide. I think it is simply excellent, from the booking to the end of my trip everything has been easy and smooth. (the 2 transfers to from the airport and the trip to Auschwitz Schindler\'s factory). The drivers were very professional and kind without interfering at all with the client\'s privacy. They go to the extra mile taking care of all issues to be able to deliver the best service possible. Every moment I felt at ease.

I have got to put in writing just how amazing your company made our visit to Krakow (17-20th April 2015). I have never felt so well looked after, the drivers for each of our transfers/tours were punctual and really good drivers too. I need to make special mention of Little John and Chris. They in turn (John)took us to Auschwitz- Birkenau and the Salt Mines and Chris to Schindlers factory. Chris struggled to get us to Schindlers because of the Marathon that meant many of the bridges and streets in Krakow were closed on the Sunday morning but we still managed to get there. I really cannot praise Krakow Direct enough. As a disabled person they were always there ready to get me and my wheelchair into and out of the very disabled friendly vehicle. I really cannot thank everyone enough for the perfect organisation and friendliness of the drivers who could all be tour guides themselves, their knowledge of Krakow being so great and their English absolutely perfect. I have made sure that TripAdvisor has good feedback too.

Hello Peter, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for organising my trip from Brno last Friday. From start to finish your help was excellent and I had an amazing experience. Marcine, is a superb guide and a credit to your company. He was great company and so full of knowledge that he enhanced the trip so much. Thank you a million times. I have Polish friends but had no idea just how much your people and your country suffered during the war. I respect you all so much.

Hi Peter, Just to say another BIG thank you for all of your help in planning our return visit to Krakow last week. We all thought that our visit in March could not be beaten but this time it exceeded our expectations. Guido Zabrze Coal Mine visit was very interesting and the shooting trip was brilliant fun. Auschwitz-Birkenau and Oscar Schindler Factory gave us chance to reflect on more serious and emotional matters. As per usual all of your drivers were prompt, polite and extremely helpful for the duration of our tours including advice on what to see, where to eat and where to go in and around Krakow. We are all looking forward to our next trip to Krakow and will contacting you shortly with our requirements.

Peter - thank you. We had two great trips with a marvellous driver, Lucas. The first to Auschwitz where Simon our impressive guide took us on a tell it like it is and very moving tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau, From there we went to Schindlers Factory which is in fact a very well designed war museum which it would be possible to spend hours at. The second trip was up to the Mountains - where Lucas made sure we saw the best things in spite of the rain. This, it should be added was organised with about 12 hours notice over the Easter weekend so we were especially grateful. All trips should be like these. Five stars.
