Just back from Krakow and would highly recommend your service to anyone visiting. On both times they was in time. On both tours that we went to both your guides were excellent. Peter who was our driver for the salt mines and schindlers factory was very knowledgeable and friendly and told us so much about Krakow. Would just like to say thank you for making our stay a very memorable one.

Dear Peter, You may recall we corresponded a few weeks ago. Myself, my wife and my parents have returned from a very enjoyable trip to Krakow. I would not want to miss the opportunity to say how delighted we all were with the service we received from Krakow Direct. As well as all the help we received from you in advance of travelling, from the moment we landed when your driver was waiting for us, to his dropping us off for our return flight, the service we received was quite superb. The cars were spotless and in excellent condition, and drivers were punctual, friendly, helpful and full of interesting information about Krakow. Our tours of Auschwitz and Schindlers factory were also organised very efficiently. Your organisation is a credit to your city, and we will of course be recommending Krakow Direct to anyone we know that is going to Krakow in the future. Thank you very much again for all your help.

Hi, Just have to write and say a big thank you to Mathew (English version of his name) our driver throughout our trip to Krakow. Also thank you to Peter for all communications on booking our airport transfers/trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum and Schindlers Factory, also Wieliczka Salt Mines. What an excellent service provided by both. We asked Mathew which restaurants he uses and he gave us a choice of three, we chose Pod Wawelem Restaurant, which was delightful and we had a fantastic meal to round off our wonderful trip, please thank Mathew for supplying us with this information. We wish all involved great success for the future and will definitely be recommending your company to ALL our friends who plan trips to Krakow in the future.

Four of us had a great trip to Krakow which was made even better because we used KrakowDirect.com for both our airport pick-up and drop off, plus trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau, The Salt Mine & Schindlers Factory. The drivers were always where they needed to be well before the alotted time, even though our flight arrived almost half an hour early. They were friendly, gave advice, and were very helpful when buying entry tickets to the attractions we visited. Just wanted to say thank you so much for the brilliant tour of the Salt Mine and Schindler\'s Factory in Krakow. My husband and I were picked up in a lovely new car by a super young man, whose English was perfect and who chatted to us during the day, telling us such a lot about Poland and Krakow, which we would never have known if we had been on our own or part of a large coach party. He dropped us at the mine and the factory, bought our tickets, told us how long we would be on each tour, and assured us that if we needed more time, it was not a problem, and he was waiting for us at the car. Would DEFINITELY recommend this company and both tours.

I have just returned from a trip to Kracow as part of a group of 8. Our driver (Lucas) was excellent and treated us with courtesy and professionalism at all times. Our various stops to get money from Exchanges etc was never a problem. We visited Auswitch/Berkanau, the Salt Mine and Schindlers Museum. Everything about our visit to Kracow was perfect, all the more so because of KrakowDirect. I am already recommending this company to friends who are visiting Kracow later in the year.
