Hi I would like to thank you for the trip you arranged for us over the Easter period. From beginning to end it was handled in a very professional way. Both tour guides we had were marvellous, especially Jakob who took us on the Schindler’s tour etc. It was our first time in Poland, what a lovely Country it is and we hope to return. Kind Regards

We used KrakowDirect for our Airport Transfers and visits to Auschwitz, Salt Mines & Schindlers Factory. The drivers were really friendly and knowledgeable, always on time & accommodating - superb service!

Hello Joannna!! Im back to Madrid and one of the first things that I wanted to do is to write to you... Thank you very, very much for all!!! Everything was perfect!!! Thomas was excellent and was all the time taking care of us. If you will excuse me, I would like to give you some advice.... Don´t offer the service as a Private Driver. It is so much more than this!! Offer it as a Personal Assistant!! I´m sure that all drivers have the same attitude of Thomas and definetely he was not just a driver and the experience for customers is fantastic. When I have a little more time, definetely I will write about your company at Trip Advisor and other web sites. PD: as I said to Thomas, the only thing that I can critic to your company is that you are only in Krakow!! I´m sure that if you were also in Warsaw, my days there should be so much better!!

Hi My husband and I have just returned from our 3 days in Krakow, we used Krakow direct for flight transfers, Auschwitz and Schindlers factory. I would like to tell you that we were very impressed by the service you provided and the professionalism of your drivers. We had Jacob, Matthew, David and Lucas. They were all very polite, courteous and punctual. I would especially like to thank Matthew and David who provided us with lots of information on Auschwitz and the polish history.
