This is just a short note to say a huge thank you for organising our trips during our recent stay in Krakow. The efficiency of your service and helpful assistance of your staff was very much appreciated and respected. Could you pass on my groups personal thanks to both Jacob and Andrew, our drivers on the two days, for all of their help and assistance which enabled us to make the most of our time there. They are both very good ambassadors for your company. Your overall service is exceptional and very much appreciated. I will certainly be recommending your company to my friends and hope to make use of your services again when I next visit Krakow.

Just wanted to thank you and the team for your very efficient services whilst we were in Krakow. The pick up from the airport was very well organised. the driver who took us to auschwitz was very knowledgeable. The salt mine tour pick up and transfers went without a hitch and on our final day the taxi to the airport was also on time and very well organised.

Hi, I would like to thank you for our trips. It was our first time we had visited Poland, our first trip was to Auschwitz and the salt mine, ,the driver called Jacob was amazing he was on time ,very helpful,full of information,made both trips a wonderful experience that we will never forget,the next day we had another driver called Jacob who took us on the John Paul ll route, who was really good to very kind and also made this another wonderful experience. I have recommend your company to lots of people and when i come back to Poland I will use your company again.

I have just returned from a trip to Kracow as part of a group of 8. Our driver (Lucas) was excellent and treated us with courtesy and professionalism at all times. Our various stops to get money from Exchanges etc was never a problem. We visited Auswitch/Berkanau, the Salt Mine and Schindlers Museum. Everything about our visit to Kracow was perfect, all the more so because of KrakowDirect. I am already recommending this company to friends who are visiting Kracow later in the year.

The full day tour to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine was made better by the helpful hints and tips from Martin our driver. Martin even recommended a restaurant which turned out to be the best meal of our trip! The drivers were also on time, friendly and genuinely wanted to help.
