We Just wanted to say, Thank you to you and all the lovely drivers that we had during our stay recent stay in Krakow, Everything ran very smoothly and we were very impressed with the efficiency and politeness of the drivers and also your speedy responses to our requests. We had a fabulous time in Krakow and absolutely loved all the places we visited during our stay there. I will definately reccomend you to friends and will of course use the services of your company again when we return in the future. Please also thank, Matjek, Thomas, Lucas and Martin. Especailly Thomas who was really very helpful and very sweet to us.

I have just returned from a trip to Kracow as part of a group of 8. Our driver (Lucas) was excellent and treated us with courtesy and professionalism at all times. Our various stops to get money from Exchanges etc was never a problem. We visited Auswitch/Berkanau, the Salt Mine and Schindlers Museum. Everything about our visit to Kracow was perfect, all the more so because of KrakowDirect. I am already recommending this company to friends who are visiting Kracow later in the year.

The full day tour to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine was made better by the helpful hints and tips from Martin our driver. Martin even recommended a restaurant which turned out to be the best meal of our trip! The drivers were also on time, friendly and genuinely wanted to help. You collected us from the airport on Tuesday 26.10.10 and delivered us to the Ibis. Wednesday 27.10.10 you took us to Auschwitz 1 and 2 and then on to the Salt Mines, that was a long day for us and the driver. Today, Friday 29.10.10, you took us back to the Airport from the Ibis for our flight home. We had a great visit to Krakow which was made easier by using your service. Hello, My wife and I and two friends have just returned from a most enjoyable few days in Krakow during which you organised a day\'s tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt mines for us.
