Hi. Could I please take the opportunity to thank you for the excellent service we received from your company during or stay in Krakow. Both airport transfers were extremely efficient and John was very helpful and attentive on our trip to the salt mines. Thank you also for your understanding after we were \'poached\' by KrakowShuttle for our Auschwitz trip. Please be assured that we will reflect this in our reviews that we put on trip advisor. I will be ensuring I recommend your company to friends visiting Krakow in future.

We are now back in England and, on behalf of my group, may I thank you for two excellent trips to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. Both were on time, with friendly drivers and good value.

Peter, now that we have returned home, I just wanted to send a note to tell you how pleased my wife and I were with our services from KrakowDirect! Four of us had a great trip to Krakow which was made even better because we used KrakowDirect.com for both our airport pick-up and drop off, plus trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau, The Salt Mine & Schindlers Factory. Just wanted to say thank you so much for the brilliant tour of the Salt Mine and Schindler\'s Factory in Krakow. My husband and I were picked up in a lovely new car by a super young man, whose English was perfect and who chatted to us during the day, telling us such a lot about Poland and Krakow, which we would never have known if we had been on our own or part of a large coach party. He dropped us at the mine and the factory, bought our tickets, told us how long we would be on each tour, and assured us that if we needed more time, it was not a problem, and he was waiting for us at the car. Would DEFINITELY recommend this company and both tours.
