We were so impressed with your company and felt like people should know! We booked a trip to Auschwitz and The Salt Mines on Saturday 27th October 2012: we were picked up (early!) in a very swish Mercedes Benz van. There were 4 of us in our party, plus 1 other person in the van so it felt like a really personal experience. The driving was excellent and very comfortable. When we arrived at Auschwitz, our driver sorted us out very quickly and made sure we found our guide. He was waiting for us when we came out and took us straight to Birkenau and again made sure we were in the right place. He then took us to The Salt Mines and recommended a lovely restaurant for us to have something quick to eat...he even checked with the local staff that we had been seated and served properly! He then dropped us off, back at our apartments. His name was Martin and he was fab- he looked after us all day. We also used Krakow Direct for our airport transport yesterday and again they were early and it was a very comfortable transfer. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again if we go to Krakow. Thank you so much for making our holiday so enjoyable and easy.

Hi, Just have to write and say a big thank you to Mathew (English version of his name) our driver throughout our trip to Krakow. Also thank you to Peter for all communications on booking our airport transfers/trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum and Schindlers Factory, also Wieliczka Salt Mines. What an excellent service provided by both. We asked Mathew which restaurants he uses and he gave us a choice of three, we chose Pod Wawelem Restaurant, which was delightful and we had a fantastic meal to round off our wonderful trip, please thank Mathew for supplying us with this information. We wish all involved great success for the future and will definitely be recommending your company to ALL our friends who plan trips to Krakow in the future.
