Hi Peter, I just want to say what a fab driver Matt was on Sunday. We were so impressed with the great service and loved how he shared so much information with us. He is an asset to your company. On Saturday the group we were travelling (Kiwi Master Walkers) with used your company to take us to the Salt Mines and Lukas was the driver. He was wonderful too. We have left Krakow with great memories and loved the wonderful people we met.

Good evening ,My partner and I have now arrived back in the UK ( wish we were back in Krakow). We just wanted to say a big thank you for the service provided - it was excellent from start to finish. On Monday- Lucas was our driver for the Salt Mine tour. On Tuesday - Peter was our designated driver and he accompanied us to Auschwitz-Birkenhau. The drivers were prompt, friendly and very professional. The vehicles were spotless and comfortable. A special thanks to Peter who was with us for most of the day when we visited the camps. He spoke excellent english and was very well informed about the local area. Nothing was too much trouble and both drivers kept us updated on journey times and the schedule for each of the trips. I will be recommending Krakow Direct to others and will definitely use the service again when returning to your beautiful city.

My husband and I went to Krakow for 4 days. I researched tours online. Based on the excellent reviews we chose Krakow Direct. We were NOT disappointed. The booking online was easy. Peter picked us up at our hotel. He was very prompt and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to give us a great experience. We enjoyed his company and the service was perfect, so much so that we asked if he could take us to the airport the next morning. Even though it was last minute and very early (4:50am), he did so and was punctual. We would HIGHLY recommend Krakow Direct for all tours and airport transports.

Just a note of appreciation for the excellent way in which Peter represented your company when we took the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour with him on Saturday, 11 May. Peter was a great driver, very personable and knowledgeable and made our day as he was so helpful, pleasant and efficient. Could you please thank him for us, and also ask him to convey our thanks to his wife, Monika? Monika booked us into a great restaurant where we not only had a terrific meal but also traditional singing by a group of some 30-40 people who were eating there too! We had such a wonderful time in Krakow that we shall be back. Hopefully Peter may get to take us to the salt mines!! We shall definitely recommend your company but were delighted to have such a nice driver.

Hi, We recently returned from krakow and used your services 4 times whilst there. Our driver on three of those ocassions was Peter. I know there are 3 Peter\'s who work there but our Peter had a little boy aged 4 and his wife was named Monic. I have had to write to you to express how pleased we were with the service you provide and how polite Peter was to us. He was informative on our drive to our hotel, pointing various things out to us and again on our two trips. He was attentive to our needs and we couldn\'t have asked for a better driver. Please pass on our thanks to him and tell him to keep up his good work. It made our first ever trip to Krakow very enjoyable and we were made to feel very welcome to the City. We will certainly be writing a good review to let people know to book with yourselves if they are visiting krakow.

Peter and team, My husband and I have just returned to Scotland from a four day stay in Poland and I cannot thank Peter and his drivers enough.
