Hi, I hope you are all well, I had some transfers and 2 trips booked with you which I originally booked in March 2020 which was cancelled twice and rebooked. Well we finally got Poland on 31-10-2021 I would just like to say a massive thank you for your service, both transfers and trips was perfect. The 2 drivers who picked us up from the airport and took us back was very pleasant and helpful and very prompt. Both The drivers who took us to auschwitz and to the salt mines was very informative and very helpful making our trip an excellent experience Thanks stephen

Hello again Gabriela Your driver was absolutely on time at the Hotel Legend. He had gone inside and I was outside! A very nice ride to the Airport and a very pleasant driver. We had a good conversation. Thank you for my transfers. I am very impressed with KrakowDirect and your personal attention. I will recommend your service and of course use it again next time I visit Krakow.

This is just to say massive thanks to the company and to your drivers who are all equally nice and pleasant. Special mention to Simon who picked us up from the airport ~ he made a good impression to the company as he was really friendly, we warm up to him immediately. Michael who drove and guided us to Auschwitz-Birkenhau/Saltmine ~ he was also very pleasant. Raphael who drove for us to Zakopane ~ he was so patient with all of us, accommodating our multiple toilet stops and allowing us to change our itinerary last minute. And lastly Karol who took us back to the airport, he was also kind to allow us to change our pick up to an earlier time. They are an asset to KrakówDirect. They made our trips fun and enjoyable!

Want to say thank you very much for sending Jacob! He was absolutely amazing. He made our trip so much better plus he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We will recommend him and your team every chance we get. As well as when we return to Kraków.

We are now back home after our trip to Poland. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and everyone we have dealt with at your company. We have been so impressed with your professionalism and the service provided by each person we have dealt with. The staff we met with were polite, arrived in plenty of time and we couldn’t have wished for better. The vehicles used were comfortable and clean too. From the start, our emails were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant service and experience delivered by krakow direct. We went on the combined aushwitz and salt mines tour, was picked up by Voytek at the arranged time. He was very welcoming and helpful (and even brought me back my purse after leaving it in the van!) Because we was so pleased with the service, we then went on to book our transfer to katowice Airport. Again the service was excellent. The driver was very nice and on time and was also not overly expensive. Thank you very much!
